You're kidding us, right? When we have to log a tar, we update the planning for the next 2 years. Average response time in Europe: 7 weeks. Average respons after 7 weeks: Thank you for logging an iTar. We're looking into it.

The last sev 1 I had was open for almost 3 months. I would call in a request for speak to the Duty Manager and they would not call me back.
