Thanks for that. My kid managed to get it because someone sent him a too-new version of a docx or something for a school project, and he searched for an update with google, hit this. I tried removing with instructions from symantec and the av he had which I can't remember the name of (it uses pirate chest theme), neither worked, I wound up wiping and reinstalling xp, and going to f-prot.
